Where does Rockfish source its seafood from?

We pride ourselves on sustainability. Most of our catch is sourced directly from local fisheries in the Southwest of England, focusing on seasonal species landed daily by the local fleet.

What are your delivery days and cut-off times?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on seasonal availability and weather conditions at sea.

Can I freeze the fish I receive from the Online Market?

Yes, our seafood is packed fresh. Most items are suitable for home freezing on the day of delivery. Please refer to the specific storage instructions included on each product label.

What is your policy on returns for perishable items?
